Griffin Moore is the founder of Muses 9 Designs and a highly accomplished Architectural Project Manager with more than thirty years of experience in high-rise, high-end hospitality and mixed-use office work. He has a proven track record of managing large, multi-discipline teams and delivering exceptional results through the production of top-quality drawings on technically complex buildings.
His project work spans the full life of a building: programming and conceptual design, design development, construction documentation, permitting and on-site construction administration. He has led design teams and on-site construction teams in equal measure, and he brings the same dedication to innovation and the highest standards of execution to every engagement, whether it is a 36-story mixed-use tower or a six-unit manor house.

Formerly known as CentrePointe, City Center is a residential, commercial and retail building in downtown Lexington that opened in 2020. A 12-story office tower with premium luxury condominiums on its top three floors, a Marriott and Residence Inn, ground-level retail, and a 3-story sub-grade parking garage.
The fourth and final building of the Northpark Town Center development at Abernathy Road and GA 400. A 26-story, 499,078 SF Class A office tower with nine levels of integrated parking, ground-level retail, a two-level fitness center, multi-purpose lounges, a 5-star restaurant, and a rooftop social club with dramatic views across Central Perimeter.
An 11-story full-service Hilton Curio paired with a Residence Inn wrapping an 8-level parking structure. Cast stone and brick detailing distinguish the building from its surroundings; the top floor of the Residence Inn houses 30,000 SF of office space with ballrooms, spa, meeting and retail spaces below.
A 36-story, 1,102,421 GSF vertically stacked mixed-use tower in the historically significant Gateway District. 528,718 GSF of Class A office, a 265,386 GSF Four Seasons Hotel with 222 keys, 108,426 GSF of 36 luxury branded private residences, and three sub-grade levels of parking. At 522'-6", the 10th tallest building on the Minneapolis skyline.
Luxury condominiums and townhomes at the front door of one of Colorado's premier ski resorts. Outdoor aquatics and fire pit terraces overlook the Eagle River and the slopes; residents have direct access to heated parking, private ski lockers, an arcade and exercise rooms.
